You don’t need a car battery. A Milwaukee battery with top off can do just as good, and less weight and probably less expensive.
Thankfully we’ve progressed a lot more now. I have a lithium battery power generator with AC output. Works very well.
A option for car users is to use a car adapter, since people have made adapters that are for the wii and wii u. Wii u is recommended since the screens in cars are usually up high which means you have nowhere for the sensor bar

1:33 Ive had a switch for a while, and it's my birthday, so I decided I'd get a Wii U. So I probably will do this

The issue here is that in order to really use the Wii U on the go you'd still need both screens. It's basically a home console DS.
@mymatevince what are the battery specifications, how long can one play if screen is fully charged? I am trying to find a battery but I am not sure what I am looking for in the 12v 5A range..
